The cost depends on the route and vehicle category. The exact amount is shown when booking. The price is for the whole vehicle with driver, not per passenger. A border queue does not change the transfer price.
We track your flight. A flight delay of up to 10 hours does not incur an extra charge for the delay. If the delay exceeds 10 hours, we contact you to arrange the pickup. Airport waiting time starts from the aircraft’s actual arrival. If your arrival time changes, let the manager know.

There is no card terminal in the car and no online card payment. You can pay by transfer to an Armenian bank card or in cash in AMD, USD, EUR and RUB. The base price is fixed in AMD. Big Voyage uses these rates for website calculations and final payment: USD 1 = AMD 365, EUR 1 = AMD 415 and RUB 1 = AMD 4.7. USD and EUR amounts are rounded upward to a multiple of 5; RUB amounts are rounded upward to a multiple of 100. AMD prices are not rounded. Each transfer direction and each separate tour is converted and rounded separately. The cart total is the sum of those amounts.
Yes, we can arrange both private and group tours in our minibuses or minivans.
The first 90 minutes of airport waiting are free, starting from the aircraft’s actual arrival. After that, each additional 90-minute period, or part of one, costs USD 15 or the equivalent in another accepted currency. For pickup at a hotel or another agreed address, the first 15 minutes are free; each additional hour, or part of one, costs USD 15 or the equivalent.
