Terms and Conditions

1.1. These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between Big Voyage and its clients for the booking of transport and tourism services.

1.2. By placing an order, the client confirms their agreement to the terms outlined on this page.

1.3. The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.

2.1. Bookings for transfers and tours can be made through the online form or by contacting us directly via messengers.

2.2. Payment is made in cash in AMD, USD, EUR, RUB or by transfer to an Armenian bank card. Card-terminal payments to the driver and online card payments are not available.

2.3. No prepayment is required. International transfers are paid in full during the border crossing; other transfers and tours are paid after the trip.

3.1. Orders can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the trip.

3.2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the company reserves the right to withhold any actual costs incurred in preparation for the trip.

3.3. Changes to the route or time are subject to agreement and vehicle availability.

4.1. Big Voyage is committed to providing transport and tour services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

4.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate information (date, time, addresses, contact details).

4.3. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic jams, flight delays, etc.

4.4. Drivers and guides are required to maintain a high standard of service and treat clients with respect.

5.1. All client personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties without the client's consent.

5.2. We implement modern technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

6.1. All relations between the company and the client are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

6.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve it through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the law.
