For pickup at a hotel or another agreed address, the first 15 minutes are free; each additional hour, or part of one, costs USD 15 or the equivalent. We track your flight. A flight delay of up to 10 hours does not incur an extra charge for the delay. If the delay exceeds 10 hours, we contact you to arrange the pickup. Airport waiting time starts from the aircraft’s actual arrival. If your arrival time changes, let the manager know. The first 15 minutes of waiting at a hotel or another agreed address are free. After that, each additional hour, or part of one, costs USD 15 or the equivalent in another accepted currency. This rule does not apply to border queues: waiting in a border queue does not increase the transfer price.
