    No. The price of the selected transfer is fixed 24/7 and all year round. There are no night or seasonal surcharges.

    About 285 km, with roughly 5 hours 30–40 minutes of driving, excluding border checks and queues. Passengers pass border control on foot with their luggage, then the trip continues in the same car. Queues are possible in July and August.

    Visa and document requirements depend on each passenger’s nationality and travel document. Before travelling, check the current entry rules, children’s documents and health insurance requirements on the official Armenian and Georgian websites. A Big Voyage booking does not guarantee admission at the border. Passenger insurance is not included in the service price.

    Border checks and queue times cannot be guaranteed in advance. Allow extra time and check your documents before travelling. The driver helps with formalities; admission is decided by the border authorities. Border queues do not increase the trip price.

    Visiting Haghpat and Sanahin is not part of the standard direct transfer; it is arranged as a separate additional option with separately agreed time and price. Mention it when booking.

    A sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver, and up to 3 medium-sized suitcases. A minivan accommodates up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver, and up to 5 medium-sized suitcases. Provide the number and size of your bags when booking, especially for large or unusual items.
